Habitrol Chewing Gum can help you stop smoking over a few months. You can also use it to help you stop smoking gradually over a longer period of time, if you cannot stop smoking immediately. If you are unable or not ready to quit smoking, Habitrol Chewing Gum can also be used to help you temporarily abstain from smoking in smoke-free areas or in situations where you wish to avoid smoking.
Habitrol Chewing Gum works to reduce your desire to smoke by replacing some of the nicotine that you previously inhaled from cigarettes. This is what helps you to resist smoking urges.
